Annual Fund 

While many of us remember the day when the Sunday collection was the primary source of funding for Catholic schools, schools that were staffed by members of religious orders who taught essentially cost free, those days are gone forever.  Now the demands of the 21st Century curriculum call for increased space for specialized instruction and the latest technology so essential for the contemporary classroom.  Today, tuition is still the backbone of our budget at 88% but the only way to assure that we continue to offer the best education possible is to secure the voluntary support of alumni, parents, past-parents, friends, staff and faculty.  

Gifts to the Annual Fund support a variety of day-to-day operations, including academic programs, extracurricular programs, financial aid, faculty salaries and facilities maintenance.  Donors of $25 or more annually are recognized at one of seven Gift Society and Club Levels.  Not only do alumni, parents, and friends who choose to donate at one of the following levels assure that SEHS continues to provide a first rate education and environment, they set an example of service and stewardship.

St. Benedict Society – Gifts of $10,000 or more

St. Scholastica Society – Gifts of $5,000 to $9,999

Pax Society – Gifts of $2,500 to $4,999

Principal’s Club – Gifts of $1,500 to $2,499

Viking Club – Gifts of $500 to $1,499

Maroon & Gold Club – Gifts of $100 to $499

“E” Club (recent alumni) – Gifts of $25 to $99
