Exams
     Exams are given only at the end of the year.  They count for 15% of the second semester grade.  Exams should be missed only for very serious reasons.  Family vacations or avoidable dentist/doctor appointments do not qualify as excuses.  If a student misses an exam for a reason that the school considers unacceptable, serious penalties will apply.
