STUDENT HANDBOOK 2008 - 2009

Academic Honor Policy
Academic honesty is essential to the development of personal integrity and the fulfillment of the school goal striving to have “students…grow in the knowledge and the practice of Gospel values.” In order to stress the importance of such honesty and to aid in the fulfillment of our goal the following Honor Policy has been established.
     The student will not:

Use or attempt to use unauthorized material, information, notes, or study aids; obtain unauthorized assistance from any source; falsify or invent information to be used as a resource; work with another person without the teacher’s permission; present as his own  words, ideas, or  works of another; give unauthorized help in any form to another student; enable others to violate the Honor Code; or, violate honesty in any other way.

Use in any way a cell phone for any purpose (phone call, text message, etc.) during a quiz, test, or exam.

An Honor Board composed of three faculty and two students will review and act upon Honor Policy violations.
