PARENT LIAISON GROUP 

Our Parent Liaison Group is instrumental and active in the day-to-day operations of St. Elizabeth High School. Parent volunteers meet with the Administration and Faculty members and provide support for the Proms, After-Proms, dances, athletic competitions, Blue*Gold Week, Catholic Schools Week celebration, and our Annual Live & Silent Auction. In addition, the committee members advise the Principal about uniform selections and serve as community representatives to the school. Below are events and committees that many of our parents join to help with during the school year:

Standing Committees

Welcome Committee
Telephone new families to welcome them and answer questions of parents and provide information about parent activities. Help integrate new parents into the school community.

Auction Committee
Work on various subcommittees preparing for the spring event; e.g. Solicitation, Public
Relations, Program Ad Book, Decorations, Set-up, etc. (Monthly meetings)

Social Committee
Provide chaperones for school sponsored activities, e.g., dances; organize refreshments at PTA evening meetings; suggest new school social activities.

Parent Public Relations
Attend and assist events that promote St. Elizabeth High School; e.g. Open House, High School Nights, and serve as Admission Office contacts.

Parent Lobby Group
Attend Diocesan meetings on government issues; e.g. nurse, transportation, and Drivers Ed.

Development Support
Work with the Development Director on periodic capital fundraising.
