TRANSFER APPLICATIONS
St. Elizabeth High School warmly welcomes transfer applicants. In order for a student to be considered for transfer admission, the following items must be sent to the Director of Admissions:
1. Transfer Admission Application
Admission Application
Form
2. High school credits earned thus far
3. The most recent report card
4. Any standardized test scores received
5. High School Placement Test scores if taken as an eighth grader
6. Letter of Recommendation from the Principal/Counselor
The above items must be submitted with a $50.00 application fee to St. Elizabeth High School in order for the student to be considered for admission. Send all items to:

Please be advised that admission is subject to the following provisions:
A. suitable courses must be available;
B. the applicant must have attained the minimum academic level required by St. Elizabeth High School; and
