One or Two Payment Plan - Mail payments directly to the school.  Due June 1 and November 1.  If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, those accounts will be automatically switched to monthly payments through the bank and will not be given the discount.

Monthly Plan - Payments must begin in June.  If you foresee a problem with an upcoming payment because of an emergency, call the school at least one week prior to the date your automatic deduction is to be executed.  Penalties - Insufficient funds at the time of withdrawal cost you a $25 bank penalty and a $25 school penalty.

Fund Drive Payment - Families have a choice.  They can participate in the two annual fund drives, or, if they do not wish to do that, we can add the $100 to the tuition contract.  Please put a check mark on your contract if you wish to pay the money with tuition.

Academic Scholarships - Students who receive academic scholarships will have the amount of the scholarship deducted from the total tuition amount.

Financial Aid - If you requested but did not receive financial aid, there are 4 possible reasons:

a.  SSS calculated that you could pay the total tuition

b.  SSS recommended some aid but we did not have sufficient resources to meet all the requests

c.  Students receiving aid this current year did not fulfill their commitment to the job assigned them

d.  Student is not in good disciplinary standing.

Students who receive financial aid are given a job at school:  office assistance, cleaning a classroom, etc.  They are expected to do this work regularly and in a responsible manner.  Consistent failure to meet this obligation will result in loss of assistance.

Withdrawal - The first month’s payment (June) is considered a deposit for the following year and is never refunded.  If a student withdraws anytime after July 1, tuition must be paid up to and including the full month during which the transfer takes place.  All fees are non-refundable.  Parents who opted for the one or two payment plan, will receive a prorated refund.

Delinquency - Students of parents with serious delinquencies may not:
a.  enter St. Elizabeth’s if there is an outstanding balance from a previous sibling

b.  begin another semester, or pick up books

c.  receive a report card or interim transcripts, nor will the student take part in extra-curricular activities such as proms, class trips, or other events which are not strictly part of the academic program

d.  take final exams.

Students of parents with delinquent accounts may not be allowed to attend class until the past due balance has been satisfied.

Student Accident Insurance - St. Elizabeth High School has a supplemental insurance policy to assist (after deductible) with an injury occurring at school, or at a school-sponsored activity or athletic event.  Claim forms are available from the Infirmary.

Thank you for your cooperation. I hope your family will always be happy to be a part of the St. Elizabeth High School community.
